Owners Jennifer and Parnell Delcham have found what they believe to be a perfect location for their ocean-to-table dining destination, and you’ll find Ways & Means Oyster House situated front and center on the main events plaza at Pacific City. Their original restaurant in Orange was named one of the best new restaurants of 2013 by OC Register food critic Brad A. Johnson, and #1 Oyster House in Orange County in 2014 by Locale Magazine. Featuring fresh, sustainably-caught seafood and highly creative ingredients, their new Huntington Beach location takes a slight departure from the former surf and turf cuisine of their original restaurant to focus on lighter seafood and vegetarian plates. The oyster offering is expanded, to include raw oysters and clams paired with mignonette, lemon and Tabasco, stunning seafood towers and creamy lobster bisque among other favorites. With both menu and interior environment paying homage to classic oyster bars and fish houses found in coastal cities around the world, Ways & Means offers an innovative wine list complementing the coastal cuisine, and classic cocktails to sip while you enjoy the view.
