Community Collective: Sacred Sunday Sound Bath

Community Collective - Sacred Sound Bath

Sunday, June 4

6:30 - 7:45 pm

What is Sound Bath Healing?

A Sound Bath is an immersion in beautiful sacred sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery. Enjoy sacred sounds of gong, chakra tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, steel tongue, hand pan drum and other sound instruments.

When you sink into a Sacred Sound Bath and guide your awareness to your listening, you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state.

We will start by integrating various forms of pranayama techniques to assist you into a deep meditative state. We will breathe into the areas that are holding any tension. We will have multiple sound and energy healers playing in harmony and moving around the room channeling universal life force energy. The principle of entrainment explains how sound healing works. When the brain waves and the nervous system come into resonance, balance can be restored, and tension released. Sound is heard not only through our ears, but through every cell of our bodies. These sound baths are a gentle yet powerful experience, which invite deep rest and relaxation. With our team of Sound and Energy healers we will have all the elements to give that needed support and individual care. We will have Gongs, Crystal singing bowls, Rain sticks, Ocean drums, Tibetan bowls, Chimes, Tuning Forks and so much more it will be such an amazing galactic experience!
